Latin dance workshops & entertainment for corporate events

Corporate Events

Looking for something that will actually get people involved at your next company event? A dance workshop is an easy way to change the atmosphere and bring people together outside the usual work setting and nobody needs to know how to dance to take part.

José leads the group in a relaxed, approachable way, making it easy to join without putting anyone on the spot. Depending on the event, we can spend more time discovering Cuban salsa together or keep things lighter and let the dancing become part of the evening. It works just as well as a break during a team day as it does when you want to bring some new energy to the dance floor later on.

Cuban and Latin music is where Castillo Salsa naturally starts, but it doesn’t mean your whole event suddenly has to become a Latin party. We also dance to popular music and work with the atmosphere you already have planned, so our part feels like it belongs there rather than something added to the programme at the last minute.

How it works

How a corporate dance workshop works

Tell us what you’re planning, who will be there and what the rest of the event looks like, and we’ll suggest a format that makes sense.

Tell us about your event

Send us your date, location and an idea of the group size, and we’ll take it from there.

We fit into your programme

A workshop works well when you want to give people time to learn and dance together. For an evening event, a lighter animation may be a better way to get guests onto the dance floor.

Something different to do together

Most company events already give people plenty of time to talk, eat and have a drink. A dance workshop adds something they can actually experience together.

We start at a level where everyone can take part, including people who have never danced before. There’s no expectation that colleagues suddenly become salsa dancers and no uncomfortable moment where someone gets dragged into the middle of the room. José works with the whole group and lets people get involved naturally.

If you want a proper workshop, we can spend more time with Cuban salsa and give participants a chance to learn something new. If you’re planning an evening celebration, the dancing can be much more informal and work as a way of getting the party going. What matters is that it fits the people who are there and the kind of event you’re organising.

From a team day to the dance floor

A Castillo Salsa workshop can easily become part of a larger programme. During a team day, conference or company meeting, it offers a welcome change from sitting down and gives everyone a chance to move. Later in the evening, the same idea can turn into something much more relaxed, with José dancing alongside the guests and drawing more people onto the floor.

The music follows the occasion too. Salsa and other Cuban rhythms can be at the centre of the workshop, while an evening animation can move more freely between Latin sounds and popular songs people already know.

That flexibility means you can bring Castillo Salsa into your event without having to build the whole event around us.

Corporate events, hotels and event venues

We can work with companies organising events for their teams or guests, as well as hotels and venues looking to add an interactive dance activity to their programme.

The details will naturally depend on the occasion. A daytime workshop for twenty colleagues won’t look the same as an animation during a large evening party, and we don’t think it should. Tell us what you’re planning, who will be there and what the rest of the event looks like, and we’ll suggest a format that makes sense.

Organising something open to a wider audience instead? Our Events offer is designed for cultural centres, festivals and other public events.

Moments from our corporate events

Corporate events in Wrocław, Lower Silesia and across Poland

We’re based in Lower Silesia and can join company events in Wrocław and throughout the region, but we’re happy to travel further too.

The workshop or animation can take place at your company, hotel or event venue as long as there’s enough room for people to move comfortably. Send us your date, location and an idea of the group size, and we’ll take it from there.
